The hotel is situated in a very central location, making it an ideal base to explore the city's attractions, such as the Roman Amphitheatre and main square. There are numerous superb restaurants by the hotel and around the arena, and it's easy to locate from the train station. The rooms are modern and well-appointed, giving great value, with delightful breakfasts served in a busy dining hall with good service. The rooftop bar has impressive views over the city's landmarks, while the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Some rooms may face street noise and are close-quartered, which may not be ideal for those sensitive to noise.

Our room had a amazing view of the Roman Arena. The rooftop bar was amazing and the breakfast was excellent with options for everyone. we highly recommend Milano & Spa for its really good hospitality and facilities.

Beautiful location, amazing building, outstanding food.

Everything was perfect, incredible location so close to everything, the staff were exceptional. I loved the room with chromotherapy bathroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel is perfectly situated in one of the best areas for sightseeing, just a stone's throw away from major attractions. The location allows for easy exploration of the city's buzz, while still offering a quiet retreat. The staff were attentive and provided helpful information. The rooms were comfortable, with attention to detail such as chromotherapy bathrooms and views of the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we had no complaints.

I stayed here for 3 nights and loved my choice. Its location was central, 200 metres from a well-preserved roman amphitheater. Central heating, an iron and an electronic key card were available in my small double room.

All of the staff was kind and polite. There were compact rooms. Beds were too soft, nonetheless it was truly a really great stay...

The bathroom was quite small and Wi-Fi was slow.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing! There was a wide variety of food options, including three types of eggs, bacon, sausage, cold cuts, breads. The buffet was so extensive, it wrapped around three walls! the rooftop bar was a highlight of my stay. The cool breeze, beautifully lit tables, and fine views made it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink.

The air conditioning in the hotel was not working properly, and this made sleeping quite uncomfortable in the hot weather.

Breakfast was delicious, stunning views, ideal location near the arena and the Arena di Verona and the center of the city. Room was cosy and neat had a comfortable decor. The whole experience was very enjoyable from start to finish, would definitely recommend.
